Stephan Schurmann

Stephan Schurmann is a legal and financial infrastructure architect with more than 35 years of experience in the establishment and governance of corporate, banking, and trust structures across 85+ jurisdictions.

He is the founder of World Blockchain Bank, World Reserve Blockchain Bank, World Arbitration Court and the architect of multiple blockchain registry-anchored, arbitration-enforced legal frameworks operating independently of nation-state licensing dependency while maintaining regulatory alignment at applicable interfaces on a global scale.

His work has focused on:

  1. cross-border legal structuring,

  2. non-revocable trust and corporate architecture,

  3. international arbitration enforcement frameworks, and

  4. blockchain-anchored identity and settlement systems.

The legal frameworks described in this memorandum are not theoretical.

They are the result of long-term operational deployment, regulatory interface alignment (including FINCENMSB registrations where applicable), and live governance across multiple legal regimes.

This website and all legal briefs are written from a practitioner’s perspective and reflects existing operational architecture, not policy advocacy or speculative design.
